Client Experience Coordinator

Our business is built on solid relationships: with our clients, with our suppliers, and with our community. We are looking for someone who can be the first point of contact to start these relationships. This person will be the welcoming face and voice of Select, as well as a resourceful expert in connecting incoming calls with members of our team to create the right experience for our clients and partners. Primary duties will be running our front desk, directing phone inquiries, and greeting visitors to the building.

This person will also have the opportunity to contribute to Select by:

• Helping to foster our vibrant culture by contributing to events and other initiatives
• Client care
• E-Commerce support
• Supporting our goals of being both a great place to work and a meaningful member of the Burlington community through involvement in a dynamic mix of projects

The job requires an energetic and professional individual with an engaging personality who truly enjoys people, building relationships, and variety in their work.
